Free GeriYoga Training

This one day training course will teach you state of the art tools to improve and learn new yoga techniques to help make a difference in the lives of older adults with cognitive impairments.

This course is taught by specialists working with older adults or certified yoga instructors. Sign-up for the training and make a difference in the life of a person with dementia. No yoga experience necessary!

Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle and a bag lunch.

You’ll receive a FREE yoga mat at the end of the course!
